Has anyone taken the new AF PT Test?

and ped? If so how did you get to the place you needed to be physically. Any other branches (especially Marines and Army) have any suggestions for what you do for PT on a regular basis that I can incorporate into my workout regimen. I am in the Air National Guard, so work outs have to fit around my civilian job, and school, and family life etc etc. A group of 24 people took the test last drill and only 4 ped under the new guidelines. I refuse to be another person to add to our "chair force" persona. I test in March. Any suggestions are appreciated, any snide or rude comments should be posted on another question. Thanks!
