I have all my babies' photos on a Kiddie Kandids CD how do I get them developed?

I have twin girls, they are turning two years old come April and I have all thier pictures on CD....wonderful right? Not so much. The CDs are from Kiddie Kandids that has now Filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy and gone out of business and they said that they were the ONLY place ALLOWED to develop the photos on the CD as they had copyrights to the CD. Since they are now NO LONGER in exsistance and now out of business could I take the CD somewhere else, some other photo studio so I could develop my photos? I need to order some pictures for my mother in law. Any suggestions? I was thinking of going to the Picture People in the mall. Please help as these CDs have my twins photos from when they were just 6 days old!
