I have a friend issue and I need some advice on how to deal...?

So there is this girl, I'll call her Kiki. For the past 4 years she has been off and on a real snob to me, always starting fights with me and being really catty. I seriously don't like her and only go along with her nice attitude because I seriously hate drama. Recently, Kiki has been starting to hang out with my best friend "Lola". They go to the mall together, go to movies, and hang out together, yet Lola has never thought of inviting me or her other two best friends. On top of that Kiki has been acting rudely and bratty to us again, but Lola seems to not even see it even when it's right under her nose. My friends and I are fed up with playing fake and acting like Kiki doesn't bother us. How could I approach Lola in a way that would not hurt her, but tell her how I feel? And also, how can I get Kiki out of our friendship?
