I was ijured at work and now have a 15% disability with one of my arms. My company is going to relocate my?

I have a chance to work at another job at the factory but i dont think I can do that job be cause of the pain I still have in my shoulder.They also have offer to transfer me to a nother vicility, which I have told them i would take..The problem is, what if I can't do that job either be cause of my injury. Can the company just let me go..My injury was job related.
