Lost again?

ive neva told a guy i like him...i dont even know how ur supposed approach them...but i cudn't hold it any longer..so a few weeks ago, i just went up to him..and told him "i like u" thats when he told me..he's with some one =(( i really dont know wat to do anymore... i feel like an idiot for not having prepared myself for this =( i dont really know how to act aroundhim anymore =((
