Should the Hawks get Devin Harris or Raymond Felton?

thats a pretty good question....i dont follow the hawks but if they're a halfcourt teams id say harris, i dont think he likes playing in NJ, but if its more uptempo felton could get a lot of ists dishing to j johnson, j smith, n the rest n i think felton has more upside so id say felton
