Siamese Cat has a leg problem?

Hi, My sister's siamese cat seems to have this leg problem. When the cat was first given to her it was full of energy able to walk, run and jump around... but after a few months something went wrong with her leg. She has a difficulty standing up at times and tends to trip often. She can walk though but she wobbles at times as if she looks drunk or something...
