Sinful? or not?
You might be able to fool the minister, but you can't fool God. God looks at your heart. If your words do not match what is in your heart, then you are a liar, and God hates liars. The Bible says that liars will not inherit the kingdom of heaven, which means that they go to hell. A person cannot commit murder with the motivation of being forgiven for it immediately afterward. This is playing God for a fool. This is in the category of blaspheming the Holy Spirit for which there is no forgiveness. Honesty with God is the best policy, along with living the sinless life. In reality, it is impossible to avoid sinning since our souls are in the flesh, but we can use wisdom to avoid as much sin as possible. Contemplating murder is not avoiding sin, I do not care how evil the intended victim might be. God wants ALL to come to the throne of glory and receive Jesus Christ, even wicked men like Adolph Hitler (if he were still alive). All have the ability to receive Jesus Christ, which is what makes murder such a horrible crime---it robs a sinner of the chance to repent and it answers hate with hate. It would be better if the in would turn evangelist. Jesus loves you.
