Today I was at the gym and got a free consultation with a trainer. After doing lunges I became extremely sick to my stomach and started sweating heavily. Almost every time I go to the gym and lift weights I throw up. After I had went to the bathroom and vomited I told the trainer and he was surprised because we were doing basic exercises. I want to get in shape so bad but this hindering my progress because I cannot finish a workout. I generally eat an hr before and drink a protein shake. HELP =(
