I am trying to lose weight, and i have eaten 1 apple, 1/8 of a spinach homemade quiche (i don't know how many calories!), a ton of fruit, and i mean a ton. i am a fruit addict. i maybe ate like at least 20 large strawberries, 1 cup of blueberries, 15 slices of melon, 1 cup of blackberries and a small portion of some sort of salad (probably 300 calories at most). Have i exceeded my 1200 calorie limit do you think??
