How did the FCC censor newer Pokemon episodes?

I believe the only thing that has been removed would be questionable material that they don't want kids to see but otherwise nothing else has been censored. Ever since the Pok�mon Company took control of the dubbing rights, they pretty much leave the show alone when it comes to edits. Since they've taken control of the dubbing rights, they have only altered 1 scene but because of the material, I cannot discuss it in this answer.
