NONO do not take it away. That is a myth. Mother birds cannot smell human scent on the baby bird nor their nest. That is a myth and is NOT true. Do not take the fledgling away. The mother is still caring for it and feeding it. The mother will come back. The only thing that you need to do is to keep away Mr. Kitty Cat away from the nest and the fledgling.
