I have to teach a friend how to use his Windows 7 OS, and I've never used it myself. Help?

I have a good, solid background in computing and technological innovation. But I'm wondering if anyone has a good way to take a "crash course" or "run-through" of Windows 7 before I actually have to teach someone else how to use it?
