NCAA 09 - No Conference Change Offers?

i think its cause the conferences in ur area (big ten) aren't looking for a new team. i got an offer by the big 12 when i was tulsa, because the big 12 was looking to get rid of baylor. I doubt the big ten is looking to get rid of a team and that why u havent gotten an offer.
