Need skin and skin care help!?

My skin is oily, zits around my chin and nose, lots of little dots but not red so not zits, HUGE pores! Anything like a homemade or any other kind of facial creams. Mainly concerned about the oil! I wash my face twice daily and the oil will not subside! Lots of dryness and redness around the outside of my nostrils to corners/ sides of my nose. HELP ME PLEASE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!!! I need some kind of regimen. THANKS!
