What does this sound like to you?

For the last few days I've been getting a really hot red burning cheek. It reminds me of when I had fifth disease as a teenager. It sometimes goes to my other cheek if I get over heated. I had the test to check my immunity for the disease when I was pregnant with my son and it said I WAS immune. Whenever the redness comes I put a cold cloth on it to help with the burning and the redness goes away completely. But later on it sometimes comes back. Just wondering if the rash would go away with a cold cloth if it really was fifth disease or could the redness be something else?? And if the test said I was immune, is it possible to get it again???
